Giveaway | Best Man Watch & Groomsmen Cards

By Well Groomed

We get it. Guys have mustaches. For some reason, every groom-centric thing from photo booth props to stationery has a mustache on it. If you’re ready to move on to something a little more finessed for your groomsmen, then you’re in luck. Laura Covington of Charm & Fig feels your pain and is offering up a giveaway (valued at more than $90) that’s the perfect alternative.

Enter Charm & Fig’s “Will you be my groomsman?” giveaway to be eligible to win a Timex Weekender watch (a gift for the Best Man, perhaps?), 20 personalized “Thank You” cards, and 8 “Will You Be My Groomsman?” cards. Laura will add each guy’s name and role in the wedding (usher, groomsman, best man, etc.) to their card, along with the wedding date you provide.

To enter, leave a comment on this post and tell me how else you’re adding groom-centric details to your wedding. The giveaway ends February 10th at midnight. Good luck!

*Winner of the Charm& Fig giveaway will be chosen at random. Giveaway will be open from February 4, 2013 and close at 11:59 pm on February 10, 2013. Winner will be announced February 10th on Well-Groomed. Charm & Fig will contact winner to arrange prize shipment and any other particulars. W-G is not responsible for delivering/shipping prizes.*

thinking of some personal items for the groomsmen. Special cufflinks for each of them reflecting their interests. Timex watches with bands in colors of the wedding, team groom screen printed t shirts for the days before. Team bride wiil have shirts in reversed out colors.

So far the groomsmen have all gotten custom engraved flasks (important because our wedding is at a winery that cannot serve hard liqour).

I'm considering getting some keepsake boxes for all the dudes for all their accessories (cufflinks, sunglasses, pocket squares etc) and that watch would look perfect in the best man's!

I'm pretty excited about our wedding. I've got some groom-centric ideas including the Forage bow-ties and pocket squares featured on well groomed previously . My groomsman and I will rock it like Bond, classic Bond: Connery. There will be some recycled timber features in our yellow, grey, black and white themed vineyard wedding. Man-tastic!

I'm thankful I have a fiance' that is allowing me to be hands-on in this whole planning process and has even adjusted some things to not be as "girly" so to speak. I'm definitely into fashion and making sure we all look daper…so I'm planning to gift socks coordinating with our wedding colors and custom made bowties for the groomsmen and an ascot for my best man. Also planning on asking them to serve in their respective roels with ciagars….just a few ideas for now.

We've added a bit of a old world cigar flair to things. We're having a Cigar Bar, and the groomsmen's and father's gifts will be in vintage wood cigar boxes.

My guys are awesome, and I want them to know that. They all enjoy smoking pipes and other mainly things. So I've been going around collecting vintage pipes from antique stores as well as vintage pocket knives. Gotta up the man-level of awesomeness for best men that have stuck around me for 10+ years.
