thinking of some personal items for the groomsmen. Special cufflinks for each of them reflecting their interests. Timex watches with bands in colors of the wedding, team groom screen printed t shirts for the days before. Team bride wiil have shirts in reversed out colors.
So far the groomsmen have all gotten custom engraved flasks (important because our wedding is at a winery that cannot serve hard liqour).
I'm considering getting some keepsake boxes for all the dudes for all their accessories (cufflinks, sunglasses, pocket squares etc) and that watch would look perfect in the best man's!
I'm pretty excited about our wedding. I've got some groom-centric ideas including the Forage bow-ties and pocket squares featured on well groomed previously . My groomsman and I will rock it like Bond, classic Bond: Connery. There will be some recycled timber features in our yellow, grey, black and white themed vineyard wedding. Man-tastic!
I'm thankful I have a fiance' that is allowing me to be hands-on in this whole planning process and has even adjusted some things to not be as "girly" so to speak. I'm definitely into fashion and making sure we all look daper...so I'm planning to gift socks coordinating with our wedding colors and custom made bowties for the groomsmen and an ascot for my best man. Also planning on asking them to serve in their respective roels with ciagars....just a few ideas for now.
We've added a bit of a old world cigar flair to things. We're having a Cigar Bar, and the groomsmen's and father's gifts will be in vintage wood cigar boxes.
My guys are awesome, and I want them to know that. They all enjoy smoking pipes and other mainly things. So I've been going around collecting vintage pipes from antique stores as well as vintage pocket knives. Gotta up the man-level of awesomeness for best men that have stuck around me for 10+ years.
